The Buick Encore lineup is powered by a turbocharged 1.4-liter inline-four cylinder engine that produces 138 horsepower and 148 pound-feet of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission that drives its power down to the front-wheel drivetrain that is equipped with the Encore. An all-wheel drive drivetrain is available for some models of the new Encore lineup.

An 8.0-inch touchscreen display is equipped in every new Encore, allowing drivers to access the model's infotainment system easily. Trim Level Breakdown

The new Buick Encore is available in two trim levels. The base trim level is called that exactly, the Encore Base. The Encore Base is only available in Buick's clean Summit White exterior color. The Encore Base is offered several great standard features, but the model is succeeded in the lineup by the Encore Preferred trim level. The Encore Preferred is available in six stylish exterior color options, including the Summit White color that is used on the Encore Base.
