McDonald GM superstore has got to be "hands down" the best experience when buying a vehicle that I have ever experienced. First of all I called to make sure the particular car I was interested was on the lot before making the drive. My sales consultant Dean Niederkohr walked the lot looking for the car and called me back to let me know that the car was on the lot. We were then met by Mr. Niederkohr who was very warm, friendly and had a calm demeanor. After the test drive, we decided to buy the car, but wanted to do a little dealing because that's just what we enjoy. We wanted to walk away from the dealership feeling like we had made a good deal, even though the car was already almost $3,500.00 below other cars comparable to it. After some back and forth, the manager, Rob Purdy came over to us to explain how far under Carfax pricing the car already was (which we already knew). He tried to explain how competitively priced they were, but I told him to "save his breath, I'd already heard that from every dealership we'd been to". Bless his heart for indulging us, having a great sense of humor, and for putting up with us. We told him that "haggling" was half the fun. He laughed and within a few minutes we had made a deal that was satisfactory to both the dealership and ourselves. We put a deposit down on the car and told them that we may not be back for a week or 2 to get it and they said that's ok and immediately went outside in the rain to put a "SOLD" sign on it. We were offered refreshments from Dean a couple times too, which I appreciated. The dealership itself was immaculate as well as the restrooms. We were never pressured by anyone or felt like we didn't matter. They were a great group of guys to work with and talk with after we had made our deal. I will always recommend McDaniel GM Superstore to anyone we now of looking to a vehicle. It was over a 2 hour drive from our house to the dealership, but well worth the time as the vehicle was ever better than advertised. If anyone who dealt with us from the dealership happens to read this, please realize that we truly appreciate you more than you could ever know and thank you so much for putting up with us that day!!

Purchased a new GMC truck on 3/10, and was the dealership experience I've had. Started online and got immediate response. They were extremely fair with my trade in truck. Pretty much everything was done from home except test drive and pickup. Drove over an hour to the dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful. Sales associate Nic done an awesome job for me. I was very happy with the deal. Then after we got home and looked over the paperwork. We noticed they charged us 1K more than agreed upon. What made us look at the paperwork was they had us come back after leaving to sign another paper. It was paper that gave the dealership the 1K rebate. So they knew what they were doing. We just happened to notice when we got home. I had to make another trip in to get it all corrected.

Wow! Great experience all the way around. We bought a suv today and they were fast, professional, and willing to deal. I highly recommend checking them out, I certainly will again.

Looked for a long time all over the country for a specific year Camaro ZL1. Found the one we were looking for at McDaniel GM. Todd was very helpful sending me videos and all the information I asked for. After a 7 hour drive from two states away we were not disappointed. Priced competitive but fairly. Todd was personable and made sure our experience was better than we could have asked for. We can not recommend the dealership or our salesman highly enough! We would give 10 stars 🌟 if we could!!

While I was very unhappy about having to take my car in for a check engine light less than a week after I owned it, I was thrilled that it is now fixed. Everyone was super kind and understanding. The polite service people were very helpful.

I had an amazing experience here! I’m from out of state but I saw the car I wanted on their website. I called the dealership and asked them to hold it since it was almost closing and I live hours away. Thankfully, they did and we were there when they opened the next morning. Alexis Page came out and greeted us. She was super sweet and very helpful!! She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She also made sure I understood what everything meant before I signed anything. I really appreciate how sweet everyone was while we were there. 10/10 definitely recommend getting a car from here!

Really really great experiance. Our salesman Jody Roberts went above and beyond to satisfy all of our questions. They even contacted Rob Knight the GM who was on vacation who promptly responded to our request. The finance experiance was smooth a transaction with BJ Bayles. We could not be happier with the experiance and follow ups !!!

I went into this dealership with no expectations of leaving with a new vehicle. The team here convinced me into a new 2024 Chevy Trax and I love it. They gave the maximum KBB recommended amount for my trade in and the team was so personable and polite, even when finishing the transaction went past closing time, making sure to apply a discount I didn’t realize I could use for working in the medical field. Special shout out to Zach Rotermund for the AMAZING customer service! If you need a new vehicle, ask for him.

All I can say is amazing customer service. I’m a traveling contractor for Frontier and I needed a truck asap and Alexis Page made it happen. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Fantastic experience working with Chris Holly on my new AT4. No high pressure, he was patient with me taking a lengthy test drive, answered questions informatively, gave what I feel was a fair trade value, and the buying and financing process was very streamlined once we arrived at a deal. We'll be back when it's time to replace my wife's car in a year or so.

What was wrong and how to fix it. They are very wonderful, getting the job done and in a decsometime I go here all the time. I recommend anybody taking their vehicles here.
